1. How to request deletion
Send your deletion request to support@expensepanda.com using the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
Include the email address linked to your ExpensePanda account so we can locate your profile quickly.
2. Verification process
To protect account security, ExpensePanda may ask you to verify ownership of the account before completing deletion.
3. What we delete
- Account profile and authentication linkages we control.
- Personal expense history and related user-owned records.
- User-generated support/feedback content tied solely to your account.
4. What we may retain
- Data that must be retained for legal, anti-fraud, or dispute obligations.
- Minimal records needed to demonstrate deletion request handling and policy compliance.
- Shared group history that is required to maintain consistency for other users, where permitted by law.
5. Deletion timelines
We target completion of verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless legal requirements need a longer retention period.
